At Oliver's Kitchen, we endeavour to get your products to your door as quickly as possible. In order to achieve this, we ensure that all orders are shipped within 2 working days of the purchase date. Please note, however, in times of high demand the shipping process may take longer than expected. ~

DELIVERY OPTIONS WITHIN THE UK (INC. NORTHERN IRELAND AND ISLES)

First Class – Standard Packaged Post (Royal Mail) 

Standard first class service offered within the UK by Royal Mail. We aim to deliver your products within 1 to 3 working days after the shipping date, however, please allow up to 10 working days. Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday - Friday are typically dispatched on the same day.

Second Class – (Royal Mail)

Standard second class service offered within the UK by Royal Mail. We aim to deliver your products within 2 to 4 working days after the shipping date, however, please allow up to 10 working days. Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday - Friday are typically dispatched on the same day..

Recorded 1st Class (Royal Mail)

Royal Mail recorded 1st class service requires your signature before the item can be successfully delivered. Your order can be tracked from the moment you purchase your product to the moment it is delivered. Delivery is expected between 1-3 working days, however, please allow up to 10 working days. Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday are typically dispatched on the same day.

Next Working Day* – (DPD/Parcelforce)

A service that guarantees delivery, the next working day, for orders placed by 4pm Monday – Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays). Any orders made on Friday will not arrive until at the following Monday. Orders to Northern Scotland may take 2 working days.

Saturday (DPD) 
 
Ensure that your order is delivered on Saturday when you order before 5pm on Friday. Orders to Northern Scotland may take 2 working days.

Sunday (DPD) 

To ensure that your package is delivered on Sunday, make sure your order is placed before 12:30 on Saturday. Any orders made on Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders to Northern Scotland may take 2 working days.

Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude bank holidays and weekends.

*All orders made to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address must be delivered using Royal Mail. All other couriers are unable to fulfil these shipments.

Standard Airmail delivery (Royal Mail within the UK) 

Royal Mail service that is transferred over to your local postal service.

DELIVERY OPTIONS TO THE REST OF EUROPE

All prices may vary depending on current postal rates.

Standard Airmail delivery - This method usually takes 5 to 10 working days to arrive with you, if you are in urgent need of your order, please opt for the express option.

Tracked & Signed For delivery - This method usually takes 5 to 10 working days to arrive and you can track it's progress. If you are in urgent need of your order, please opt for the express option.

Express delivery to Europe: We use DHL Express to offer this great next day service to most of Europe -  although DHL will endeavour to deliver next day it is not guaranteed. You must place your order before 12:00pm Monday - Friday (UK time) for your order to be dispatched that day.

DELIVERY OPTIONS OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

All prices may vary depending on current postal rates.

Our postage costs outside of Europe vary greatly depending on country and order value. If you think a shipping cost is high to your country/for your order please contact us with your name (keep the items in your shopping cart) and we will be able to give you a more accurate shipping cost and options for tracked airmail.

As standard, we send items by airmail. We cannot take any responsibility outside of Europe for missing items and we therefore strongly urge you to choose the registered Airsure option which provides tracking and insurance.

For international [outside Europe] orders over £39 in value, we assume the maximum weight/worst case for the order. Therefore if you feel the shipping cost is high please contact us and we will give you an accurate shipping cost.

Delivery time will vary depending on the country and can be anything from 5 to 20 working days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

At this time, we are unable to deliver to Estonia, Israel and Lithuania.

Please note: If you are ordering from outside the UK & Ireland dispatch can take 2-3 working days and shipping can take anything up to 10 working days depending on your location. Sometimes this can be longer depending on your local customs rules. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Our shipping costs are calculated based on a weighted average due to limitations with our shipping suppliers. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your parcel will be packaged well with the aim to survive even the roughest of journeys! 

All of our packages come with a return label attached. If any orders are returned by the mail company, due to an incorrect address, unfortunately, you will occur additional delivery charges in order for us to re-ship your order.
